Exchange or Return of Goods

In Case of Misplacement:

  • Check the product and match it with the invoice.
  • Do let us know immediately after getting your product.
  • Please do not break the seal of your received product & preserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
  • Anything exception than this will cause no return of the product.

In Case of Physical/ Manufacturing defect:

  • In the case of any physical & manufacturing defect you must shoot a video while unboxing your product, it will work as an evidence for you.
  • ‌You must let us know within 3 Days.
  • Please do not use the Product that you received & preserve the delivery packaging & invoice.
  • After the inspection process, we will deliver your product within 7 working days.
  • Anything exception than this will cause no return of the product.

The product is not accepted back if at least one of the components is missing:

  • fully equipped equipment;
  • a receipt proving the fact of purchase in the WoodMart online store;
  • warranty card;
  • an act with a description of the defect drawn up by the service department.

The money for the goods will be returned within the terms established by the current legislation

Note:

  • Change of Mind will not be acceptable for the return policy.
  • Quality of the Product depends on Brand (Manufactures), you cannot return a product if you do not like the product quality.

Exchange or Return of Goods

Warranty Policy:

  • ‌Applicable only for manufacturing defects.
  • Let us know within the warranty period for any inconvenience.
  • You must send the product to us within the warranty period mentioned in the invoice.
  • We will take 10-15 days of inspection time to examine the validity of your warranty claim.
  • If our inspection justifies your warranty claim only then we will deliver your product within the 7 working days.
  • Anything exception than this will cause no claim of warranty policy.
  • Other than replacement warranty for any inconvenience, it will be regarded as a service warranty

Note:

  • Any physical damage caused while using the product will not be accepted for the warranty claim.
  • For any particular product you can claim your warranty only once. Replacement of Warranty will be applicable once in a whole warranty period.

 

Refund Policy:

  • Refund policy will be applicable only when you made the payment but the product(s) is/are out of stock.
  • In terms of replacement, if the replacement is out of stock only then you can request for the refund.
  • A refund policy will be applicable if the request for a refund is made within the 3 calendar days.
  • In terms of misplaced product the product must be sealed, wrapped, intact condition (as delivered).
  • If the refund request is approved, we will refund your money within 10-15 days via online banking/mobile banking.

Shipping and Return Cost:

  • ‌You will be paying for your shipping or return cost in the case of returning your product.
  • In terms of warranty, zootech will bear the shipping cost for delivering your product.
  • If you get the refund, the cost of shipping or returning will be deducted from your refund.
